Only one booking policy will apply depending on how short notice the booking is made. This booking policy will be shown to customers when they book more than 29 days before arrival.
Bookings from your website.Payments by cash, bacs, paypal, and the following cards:Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
A non refundable deposit of £50 per room booked is required. Full booking balance must be paid 29 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 29 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
When you book direct with us by telephone or through our website, we will process a £50.00 non refundable deposit per room (where multiple rooms are booked) with the remaining balance due 29 days prior to your arrival, however you are welcome to spread the remaining cost of your stay. (Please ask for more information).
Bookings made through Booking.con full payment is due 42 days prior to arrival. For other 3rd party platform's, please check the cancelation terms on the platform. Payments by cash, bank transfer, paypal & Credit/Debit Card accepted. Any deposits paid on booking to secure your room, are non refundable. All other Terms & Conditions remain the same. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will only be returned if we are able to resell all the nights of your stay. We do not accept full payment on the day of arrival.
Check In and Out
Check in and parking here at Rossall House, where pre-booked, is available from 4pm only, however we will message the night before if we can move the 4pm time to earlier. This is not guaranteed. Check out is 10am.
Please note, as we are a licensed premises which has a bar and offers room service for your drinks, only alcohol purchased from us can be consumed in your room. This is due to insurance and health and safety of all our guests.
